We are seeking to appoint an Operations Administrator for a thriving industry, one that continues to grow exponentially as the attractiveness and government legislation around electric vehicles continues to drive demand for more EV charging points the across the country. Key Responsibilities Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. Effectively addressing customer concerns and working with internal teams to find solutions. Ongoing training and knowledge of Weev EV products and services, as well as assisting customers with the ordering process. Basic technical support, troubleshooting, and gathering customer feedback. Accurately administer and document customer interactions in the CRM system. Educating customers about the advantages of EVs and Weev, working with the sales and technical teams to provide a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. Follow health, safety, and company policies. Essential Skills / Qualifications Proven experience in administration and customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled at analysing and resolving customer issues, can adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft applications. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams with a genuine passion for helping customers and being able to empathise with their needs. Excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities at once. Desirable Criteria Experience working within the EV Charging or renewables industries.
