On behalf of this leading civil and infrastructure client we are looking for a **Document Administrator** to cover **an initial 12 weeks’ contract at our client’s location at Belfast for an office-based role.**

**Purpose of the role as a Document Administrator**:
The role will involve auditing/cataloguing the deed room and providing a high quality, efficient and effective Library and Information Service to the client and the suppliers.

The role will be part of a wider Data Management Digitisation Project to digitally preserve all documentation.

**Key responsibilities of a Document Administrator**:

- Liaising closely with the Estates Department.
- Committing to the safeguarding of client’s Title documentation.
- Providing administrative cover.
- Managing day to day logging of documentation.
- Managing client’s deeds repository.
- Responding to requests from other departments.
- Providing support on specific projects across the department.
- Assisting the digitisation project manager.

**Requirements for a Document Administrator**:

- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office package.
- Proven experience in working in a business support role.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines, operating effectively both alone and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and experience of information management eg, data protection, freedom of information.
- Experience in records management.
- Ability to develop efficient processes and procedures to deliver all functions within the post holder’s key accountabilities.
- An enthusiastic approach and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and senior management.
- Flexible attitude.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Please note that due to recent changes in Off Payroll (IR35) legislation, our client only operates with contractors that operate via a PAYE or Umbrella model.
