**Job description**

Our client based in Belfast City are seeking to employ a HR Administrator to support their Human Resources department.

Your main administrative duties will include maintaining personnel records, Recruitment, Managing HR documents (e.g. employee communications, assisting in preparing employee relations templates for operations and administration to support the HR Advisory Team and the HR Director), and updating internal databases

The Role:

- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Uploading adverts onto job boards
- Prepare HR documents, like absence invites, meeting invites, assist the HR Director in internal communication preparation)
- Monitor the HR mailbox and other general mailboxes and distribute them to the appropriate persons
- Notetaking at meetings
- Complete onboarding process
- Any other general HR administration duties as requested

The Person:

- Proven work experience as an Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role is Preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
