Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Group HR Manager based in Dartford for a Oil & Gas company.

  • On a day to day basis this role will be responsible for the HR management of c. 35 Group employees located around the world and in HQ in Dartford (where this role is based)
  • Partnering with the Group leadership Team this role will provide quality advise and guidance on people-related matters ensuring the business continue to develop a high performance culture in a client focused environment
  • The role will develop, implement adn continually improve new and existing HR and training processes
  • The person needs strong interpersonal skills, be able to work across the globe

Day to day:

  • Responsible for all HR support for Group employees
  • Oversight of appraisal process for Group employees and ensuring that development issues are monitored and addressed
  • Developing best practice Group HR related policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness and legal compliance
  • Working with local HR Managers to identify areas where best practice can be adopted as one policy across all locations
  • Day to day responsibility for the UK Group and Executive Payroll including month end processing on an ADP outsourced payroll system
  • Manage annual life assurance renewal across the UK with benefit administrators
  • Manage requests for travel pattern information for annual travel insurance renewal
  • Auto enrolment pension administration and dealing with pension providers and benefit administrators across 3 different UK pension schemes
  • With support from the Group CFO, undertake an end-to-end review with our pension advisers of the main UK pension scheme reporting back to Group CEO and Group CFO, then work with pension providers to roll this out
  • Support annual salary review process, conducting external market review adn ensuring equity and fairness
  • Main appropriate Group personnel records and the ADP system, ensuring information is up to date and compliant with GDPR
  • Coordinate recruitment selection process for Group roles, ensuring all vacancies are advertised, candidates shortlisted, interviews are conducted and feedback provided
  • Prepare or coordinate offer letters and employment contracts
  • Onboarding for all new starters
  • Managing RTW / visa's
  • Support Group CEO and Group CFO on European HR issues

Essential:

  • CIPD
  • 5+ years in HR management with Generalist background
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Experience supporting employees based outside of UK
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a Group / Regional HR function, with International business
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Great skills on Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel to Dartford office
