FDS Contracting LTD is a leading provider of smoke ventilation systems with a strong commitment to employee relations and development. As we continue to grow and evolve, we seek an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and work independently on projects. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Responsibilities include:

· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

· Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions.

· Overseeing employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

· Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, bonus schemes, and other perks.

· Handling employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

· Maintaining compliance with employment regulations and keeping abreast of changes in employment laws.

· Developing and implementing performance management systems to monitor employee productivity and engagement.

· Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

· Managing HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and drive improvements.

· Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

· Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

· Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Requirements:

Requirements include:

· Minimum CIPD Level 5 is preferred.

· Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

· Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

· Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

· Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleHR (preferred).

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
