**About the role**
We are looking for capable admin person able to provide comprehensive support to our HR department.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.
Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization.
Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records
- Updating internal databases with new hire information
- Create company policies
- Assist in reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Creating job descriptions and job ads
- Creating staff handbook
- Be a point of contact for employees
**Requirements & Skills**
- Work experience in HR or similar role, desirable but not essential.
- Experience with HR System (HRIS) desirable but not essential.
- Good organizational skills
- Active listening skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough attention to detail
- Microsoft 365 proficient.
