Synonymous for their customer service, they are now looking to add a Procurement Administrator, who is customer focussed, to provide the highest level of administration support to the Procurement Team.If you are organised; have experience within a procurement environment and are a great communicator, you will be well rewarded with a salary of up to £26,000 plus bonus and pension.About the role:Working within a small procurement team, you will be responsible for: * Manage all purchase orders * Deal with supplier invoice queries * Ensure off-hire equipment is managed quickly * Work with suppliers,escalating as necessary * Ensure all documentation is completed * Provide general administrative supportAbout you:You will already be working within an Administration role, preferably within a procurement / purchasing environment; you will also need: * An excellent telephone manner * Be a confident communicator at all levels (internally and externally) * Organised * Strong IT skills * ProactiveThis role would suit: Purchasing Administrator; Procurement Administrator; Buying Administrator.Your Privacy:GDPR: We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy; therefore, we will not submit your CV to any prospective employer without your prior consent.
