Tonic is searching for a Director of Sales to continue the success of this unique events venue. You will ideally bring experience of managing a sales team and be a source of new ideas and initiatives for further business growth. Experience of success within the MICE sector would be strongly advantageous as well as experience of managing both reactive and proactive teams

What are we looking for from the successful Director of Sales

  • You will ideally have experience in a high quality venue within the Midlands
  • Experience of winning large scale (600pax) events business
  • Experience of management of a sales team
  • A successful track record within the MICE sector
  • Corporate event experience.
  • Ability to interact with key stakeholders.
  • High visibility, a brand ambassador.
  • Open minded, adaptable and flexible.
