Job Description

The Director of Partner Commercial Models is responsible for the strategic development and management of innovative commercial models that drive growth and profitability through our partner ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS market dynamics, a keen insight into partner needs, and the ability to craft win-win scenarios that enhance value for the company, its partners, and customers. The Director will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize commercial models that align with our business objectives, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and compliance in all partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with revenue planning, pricing, licensing, compensation and channel margin teams to align on end-to-end revenue logic for the company.
• Simulating outcomes based on planning scenarios.
• Tracking performance against model and industry benchmarks.
• Finding areas for model optimization based on internal and external stakeholders' inputs.
• Working with programs, enablement and field teams to land models in production.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years progressive experience in Pricing, Licensing, or Performance Management
• Prior SaaS company experience
• Confident working with PowerBI or comparable tools.
• Strong understanding of industry models and how to build the next generation
• Must be comfortable presenting at the executive level

This is a global role available in multiple locations, with a preference for Newcastle (UK) and Atlanta (US). Colleagues in other locations will be considered based on the requirements of the role and candidate skills and experience.
