**The Opportunity**:

- On target earnings of £80k in the first year. What could year 2 and beyond look like?
- 50% shareholding
- Up to £45k basic salary (plus holiday, private medical insurance and much more)
- You’ll be working with top of range equipment, plus the latest hearing aids on the market
- The chance to be your own boss, grow your team and have the ongoing support of experienced Optics/Retail partners
- Additional support is on hand from our first-class support office teams including Marketing, Finance, HR, Technology and Product (to name but a few) to support you every step of the way.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist with the drive, passion and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new Audiology Partner, you’ll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
