We're seeking an administrative professional to manage contractor coordination and progress tracking on a fixed term contract for 12 months. You'll build essential relationships across teams to schedule inspections and repairs effectively, ensuring targets are met and customer needs are prioritized. With strong analytical skills and a commitment to efficiency, you'll maintain our housing database, track inspection and certification dates, and ensure compliance with timelines. Your role also involves scheduling gas and electric visits, compiling property history for maintenance planning, and coordinating diaries to maximize efficiency.
