The Reward Analyst will work closely with Reward and HR colleagues to provide data and insights within all aspects of Reward practices. They will be responsible for the interrogation and analysis of data, gathering requirements from stakeholders, developing models and presenting data led recommendations to support Reward and HR decision making.

The role holder will have autonomy to identify and develop fit for purpose technology solutions as 'Citizen Developer' and will lead and champion process efficiency and automation.

What you'll be doing

Reporting/Benchmarking/Data Interrogation & Analysis:

Undertake external Reward benchmarking, which will involve identification, preparation and interrogation of data to develop meaningful data insights Development of data led proposals and present them to team members and other stakeholders to support decision making. Will analyse internal people information and present data in an insightful way to support Reward business case and policy development. Will work closely with Reward, other HR and business colleagues to respond to Group led reporting requirements Will provide support to regulatory reporting requirements, including Gender Pay Gap Reporting.

Modelling/Solution development

Engaging with Senior Reward Consultants, will gather data requirements, identify solutions, and develop pay/reward models, options for consideration and their impacts. Will present models, options and impacts to HR and Business stakeholders, working closely with them to respond to requests Will provide data/modelling support to other HR or Business led projects or initiatives

Processes/Technology:

As Citizen Developer, will proactively identify and develop 'fit for purpose' technology solutions to support all BAU and project requirements. Will lead and champion effective and efficient work practices through the adoption and development of O365 technology. Will share knowledge and best practice within the team/HR department. Will develop and ensure strong governance and change control processes apply to all data sources. Will support all cyclical Reward activity, helping to shape and develop automated and streamlined processes. As Reward Workday SME, will optimise system capability and integration with other platforms and processes. Will provide support across all other Reward systems, working closely with the HR Systems team and Reward colleagues to shape functionality development and testing
