We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Scottish Water. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting capabilities across the organization using Power BI

  • Develop concepts that boost efficiency and performance, such as self-serve reporting and analytics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in a numerical subject or proven experience in data analysis. You should be comfortable working with data and have experience in MS Power BI report development, DAX, SQL, and using MS Excel as a data investigation tool. You should also be skilled in extracting and analyzing data to provide meaningful insights, with the ability to communicate complex processes and concepts to different audiences.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in leading projects and stakeholder management
  • SQL scripts and tools like MS Dynamics, PowerQuery, R, or Python
