Job Title: Performance Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in driving internal performance improvements across various customer service functions. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing significant quantities of data from multiple sources, providing ongoing reporting, statistics, and analysis on business-critical performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Performance Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, R, Python, SQL, or similar)
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
