ERP Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As an ERP Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation of our new ERP system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in ERP implementation, particularly in finance modules and accounting. You will be responsible for business process improvement, requirements gathering, and gap analysis, as well as knowledge of order management, supply chain, accounting, sales, inventory, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business process improvements to optimize ERP system performance
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct gap analysis
  3. Provide expertise in finance modules and accounting, including order management, supply chain, and inventory management
  4. Ensure seamless integration of ERP system with other business systems
  5. Work closely with Agile workstreams to deliver high-quality results
