About the Role

The GAP Group is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Glasgow. As an ERP System Analyst, you will be responsible for developing our Infor M3 system by analyzing internal processes and requirements, and translating these into technical solutions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have significant background in system improvement projects, ideally involving ERP systems experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. You should also have proven ability to analyze business processes and requirements, and propose effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop our ERP System (Infor M3) by analyzing internal processes and requirements
  • Perform ERP system upgrades and work with external vendors on integration and development projects
  • Analyze business processes and requirements, and propose effective solutions
  • Create documentation to support the team and end users, and support change control for systems enhancements
  • Define scenarios and run structured system testing for new and existing systems
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors and developers, and effective stakeholder management skills
