About the Role

The GAP Group is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Glasgow. As an ERP Systems Development Professional, you will be responsible for analyzing internal processes and requirements, and translating them into technical solutions for our Infor M3 ERP System.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have significant background in system improvement projects, ideally involving ERP systems experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. You should also have proven ability to analyze business processes and requirements, propose effective solutions, and create documentation to support the team and end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop technical solutions for our Infor M3 ERP System
  • Work with external vendors on integration and development projects
  • Perform ERP system upgrades and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless system integration
