We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will provide support to the Head of Reward & People Services in tasks related to salary benchmarking, salary reviews, and job evaluation. You will also be responsible for managing our benefits package and overseeing all elements related to Reward.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Salary Administration**: Coordinate the execution of routine activities such as salary reviews, bonuses, and performance management along with incentive programs.
- **Reward Management**: Manage cyclical Reward tasks such as gathering, calculating, analyzing, modeling, and communicating payment details.
- **Pay and Reward Operations**: Oversee daily Pay and Reward tasks, including budgeting and contract management with suppliers.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Create reports and proposals, e.g. analysis of Gender and Ethnicity Pay gaps.
