Location - Ascot - fully office based

37.5 hours (Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm)

Salary - £25-30,000 DOE plus excellent company benefits

My client, based in Ascot, is looking for a Client Administrator to join their busy team. The company is growing so there is a real opportunity to make a difference to the growth of the company and to progress your career with them There is a family feel to the business and an open-door policy. The role is fast paced, but the culture is work hard, play hard The team socialise outside of work, and arrange outings such as dinners and cinema trips etc.

Your duties in the role include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Coordinate and manage client accounts
  • Administering the set-up process for all new clients, this includes liaising with internal managers regarding the client's service requirements
  • Handling client enquiries plus dealing with any complaints
  • Updating and chasing clients
  • All client administration, including database management and submitting compliance documents
  • Providing reception cover when required, also managing the reception area ensuring it is clean and presentable
  • Sending letters of engagement
  • Verifying clients ID
  • Scanning and filing electronic documents
  • Any other ad hoc admin tasks

Essential criteria:

  • Previous office administration or customer service experience
  • Corporate office background
  • Excellent customer service skills - ability to provide the highest levels of customer service to clients
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Aptitude for learning new skills
  • Friendly
  • Can-do-attitude

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a professional services background
