Job Summary:

Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our client's finance department, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing internal financing contracts, communicating with customers and advisors, and managing customer payment information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process internal financing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate with customers and advisors regarding contract status, providing timely and professional updates.
  • Raise credit notes and manage customer payment information, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Assist with general administration tasks, including franking letters and filing, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Download and review customer contracts and documentation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Prepare reports using Excel, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations to the finance team.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
