As a key member of our client's finance department, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing internal financing contracts, communicating with customers and advisors, and managing customer payment information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process internal financing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with customers and advisors regarding contract status, providing timely and professional updates.
- Raise credit notes and manage customer payment information, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
- Assist with general administration tasks, including franking letters and filing, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Download and review customer contracts and documentation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Prepare reports using Excel, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations to the finance team.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
