Accounts Coordinator

Job Summary:
Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our client's finance department, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing internal financing contracts, communicating with customers and advisors regarding contract status, and managing customer payment information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process internal financing contracts
- Communicate with customers and advisors regarding contract status
- Raise credit notes and manage customer payment information
- Assist with general administration tasks, including franking letters and filing
- Download and review customer contracts and documentation
- Prepare reports using Excel
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams as needed
