The opportunity

The sales team is at the forefront of 9fin's exponential growth, responsible for identifying and selling to new clients, and delivering the revenue which moves the company forward.

Sales ops is a vital role in the global team, connecting sales and marketing with the senior leadership of the company. You will be tasked with making sense of complex revenue and performance data, clarifying the picture through detailed analysis, and helping inform decisions on which direction the sales team - and ultimately the wider company - should take.

The company moves fast and the role is varied. It includes aspects of business analysis, sales enablement and data administration, with the goal of making sure our high-performing sales function is performing to its maximum.

What You'll Work On

Data analysis and Reporting to Heads of Sales and Senior Management:
  • Analyse complex data to produce regular reports on sales performance, trends and forecasts
  • Generate user activity reports to evaluate the success of trials
  • Manage sales data across systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness

Lead Qualification:
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to assess, qualify and distribute inbound leads

Tech Stack Management:
  • Help to optimise the setup of key tech platforms including Salesforce & Salesloft, for your own reporting and for the needs of the wider team
  • Manage procurement of new and existing sales tools

Training and Onboarding:
  • Assist in training new sales team members on sales processes, systems and tools

Requirements

This role will be a great fit if you have:
  • An analytical mind and proven capability for analysing complex data
  • Prior experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or a similar role supporting Revenue teams is preferable but not essential
  • Experience working with Salesforce (or other CRM systems) and efficiency in Excel/G Suite is a plus
  • Ability to efficiently analyse large volumes of data, quickly draw insights and present concise/clear recommendations of results
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to use initiative with a strong desire to learn
