Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced business professional to enable the growth of State Street's Collateral Management business in London. Collateral Management is a business unit that offers collateral solutions and capabilities to flexibly support clients. The product suite includes end-to-end collateral management, administration and servicing, analytics and optimization, and transformation. You will report directly to the EMEA Head of Collateral Management and work collaboratively with regional and global cross-business partners and cross-organizational support functions (e.g., Sales, Onboarding, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance).

What you will be responsible for

As Collateral Management Sales, you will

  • Develop relationships with key client contacts and ensure State Street is viewed as an integral, long-term partner
  • Sell highly valued solutions to new and current clients, thereby enabling comprehensive, consistent and end-to-end delivery of services as their needs evolve
  • Enable global collateral management strategy, achieving regional revenue and expense targets for the collateral management product
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding experience
  • Support and be part of a culture that encourages innovation, supported by an appropriate risk framework

  • An understanding of the key benefits of outsourcing collateral management services
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and regulatory landscape, including Uncleared Margin Rules and evolving fintech solutions
  • Capable of effectively prioritizing and escalating communication where appropriate
  • Securities Financing experience, with preference for those with a background in collateral / tri-party services and with a buy-side client orientation

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • 5-8+ years of financial services experience preferred

Additional requirements

  • Collateral Services Relationship Management experience an advantage
