Job Description:

This role sits within the Brand and Marketing sub-team within Brand and Digital, and is one of two campaign management roles responsible for the effective planning and delivery of marketing campaigns. This particular role will focus on driving and generating acquisition marketing activity using ATL and digital channels to achieve brand and demand stimulation objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of all acquisition marketing campaigns for Fibre Cities and BDUK using ATL and digital channels, and work with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure they deliver the required brand and commercial objectives
  • Work closely with the other marketing manager to ensure the nurture and in-life strategy is implemented
  • Support brand campaigns and key initiatives that help to improve our key stakeholders awareness and understanding of key programmes e.g. All IP and Openreach Live
  • Work with the Digital team to set-up campaign tracking and measurement, to enable efficient campaign reporting
  • Ensure that all campaign collateral is acting within a consistent brand framework
  • Manage critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders and agencies, ensuring they support the efficient and effective delivery of campaigns
  • Provide and present campaign results, insight & learnings and recommend actionable next steps to improve future activity to stakeholders
  • You'll be responsible for managing your campaign budgets, ensuring they deliver good return on investment
Job Requirements:
  • Strong customer acquisition marketing campaign planning and delivery experience
  • Experience across ATL and digital marketing channels ensuring measurable outcomes with a positive ROI
  • Performance and analytical driven, with an ability to source and utilise data to shape campaign planning and marketing optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills – be confident in influencing and negotiating at all levels
  • Managing internal and external agencies and teams to deliver small and large campaigns for Openreach
  • Demonstrable experience of running marketing campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition, with good knowledge of planning, measuring, optimising and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Google or Adobe analytics suite, with ability to extract key data and run key reports.
  • Strong analytical knowledge, with previous experience in creating reports and business recommendations.
  • A good working knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook and Google.
