Job Description

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to raise the firm's profile and growth in new verticals and countries.Oversee the company's international brand development to be seen as the premier Cleantech advisory firm and as trusted experts.Collaborate with the C-Suite to align marketing objectives with business goals.Monitor and evaluate market trends and adjust marketing strategy accordingly.Build relationships with international media and develop relationships with key cleantech events.Develop and manage the department's budget.Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the C-Suite. The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Director should have:

A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role within the professional service or advisory market Create compelling marketing results without extensive budgets.Excellent understanding of market trends and marketing strategies.A great collaborator, with an enthusiastic hands-on attitude Comfortable working in demanding, blue-chip environmentsBring new ideas to raise the company profile and extend its impactA passion for renewables and cleantech, aptitude for technology, willingness to gain a proficient understanding of industry trends, and ability to define topics for communications activitiesExceptional communication and presentation skills.Highly adaptable with the ability to easily move from strategic thinking to being a hands-on marketeer.Enjoy and be comfortable working in an agile environment with a strong sense of ownership.
