UK Regional Marketing Manager

As a key member of the EMEA Field Marketing team, you'll be responsible for supporting one of our most crucial EMEA markets. You'll develop and execute marketing programs that drive brand awareness, new business development, and customer growth and retention across our industry-leading Commerce Media Platform.
Based out of London, this position presents an exceptional opportunity to bring marketing programs to life for a market-leading company at the forefront of innovation in the Adtech and Commerce Media space. You'll be reporting to the Head of EMEA Field Marketing and joining a dynamic work environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.
- Collaborate with UK leadership and customer advocates to amplify our brand through thought leadership and brand awareness initiatives.
- Plan and execute diverse, client-centric marketing programs tailored to key UK audiences (agencies, brands, retailers), including media sponsorships, events, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Digital, PR, Content, and Product Marketing teams to bring integrated marketing programs to life, ensuring alignment with company objectives and messaging.
- Act as the "voice of the UK" within the Field Marketing team, fostering close relationships with UK Sales to identify market needs and opportunities.
- Engage as an active member of the EMEA marketing team, facilitating cross-regional collaboration.
- Manage the UK marketing budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI
- B2B Marketer: With 3+ years of experience, preferably including experience in AdTech or event management, demonstrating a track record of tangible results.
- Excellent communicator: Clear and persuasive communication, both written and verbal.
- Action-oriented: Capable of moving at the pace of the rapidly evolving industry landscape.
- You get things done: Prioritizes tasks, manages timelines, and collaborates effectively to achieve goals.
- Curious self-starter: Proactively seeks information, embraces challenges, and innovates continuously.
