We are searching for a highly energised, organised and fun individual to join our wholesale trade marketing team based in West London. This presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated, self-starter who desires to be at the forefront of this growth phase, contributing to the development and direction of our teams for the future. You'll be working with some huge brands and this is a great opportunity to build up your portofilo on quite a large scale.

As an experienced Trade Manager, you will hold a crucial role within the marketing department, ensuring effective management of priorities, meeting deadlines in accordance with customer expectations, and taking ownership of the trade marketing planner to seamlessly integrate and drive supplier activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing activation plans aligned with category growth drivers and customer needs, influencing shoppers throughout the path to purchase.
  • Flexibly adapting and adjusting activity plans to accommodate changes in the customer and internal environments.
  • Monitoring competitors and utilising insights to shape our trade marketing strategies.
  • Participating in trade days and supplier events.
  • Delivering agreed-upon supplier activations to boost sales and maximize supplier investment.
  • Influencing key stakeholders while maintaining strong working relationships across all levels.

About You:

  • A graduate with a relevant degree and evidence of post-graduate continuous professional development, ideally holding Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience collaborating with various stakeholders across sales, trading, operations, and the marketing team is essential.
  • Experience in creating marketing plans that drive footfall and sales, raise awareness, and generate leads.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Substantial experience working with sales, trading, and operations teams.
  • A self-starter motivated by results and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in developing the customer journey.
  • Demonstrable and comprehensive understanding of B2B marketing principles and tools.
  • Ideally have 3-5 years working experience
