About the role

Are you passionate about nurturing talent and ensuring a seamless HR experience? Reckitt is searching for an HR Coordinator who can carry the torch for our HR processes, adding a personal touch to the employee journey. In this role you will provide on-the-ground support to HRBPs and HR Advisors for transactional/operational tasks. Your meticulous attention to detail, dedication to maintaining impeccable records, and keenness to enhance our HR strategies are crucial to our collaborative environment. Your responsibilities

-Provide support and guidance for all generic HR queries, signpost to and effectively educate on the self-service portal where needed.

-Input absence data into payroll and ensure data is accurately reported during the payroll cycle.

-Support local HR team in activities such as preparation for training delivery, site events, and Employee Relations Cases.

-Collaborate with subject specialists and internal teams to identify the best solutions for employee queries.

-Prepare compliance-focused documentation/reporting supporting the HRBP and HR Advisors.

-Conduct data audits, review actions and close changes.

-Contribute to and implement continuous improvement on HR processes to have consistency and standardisation across UK.

-Understand and be able to effectively communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures.

-Conduct and support Right to Work checks and organise new starter site inductions.

-Act as point of contact for both occupational health appointments and referrals, and for colleagues on parental leave (pre, during and post).

The experience we're looking for

-A solid understanding of HR procedures and a track record of best practices in the field.

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for mastering new HR software and tools.

-Strong interpersonal abilities, with a flair for clear and compassionate communication.

-Excellent organisational aptitude, coupled with the capacity to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

-Experience with HR data, analytics, and process improvement, demonstrating a strategic approach to HR solutions.

-Knowledge of payroll inputs.
