About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company policies and procedures are followed and fully supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide consistent and supportive advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers across our business.
  • HR Team Support: Support and guide our HR team of two HR Officers and HR & Payroll Administrator, and support the HR Manager on employee relations processes, project work, and deputise where required.
  • Workload Planning: Plan and prioritise a busy and varied workload, working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Requirements and Experience: Previous experience of a similar HR role is essential, with CIPD level 5 being advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Main Duties: Support and guide on HR related questions and queries, involvement in employee relations processes, including attendance management, disciplinary and grievance, and support the wider management team and provide guidance on recruitment, performance, and employee development.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of a similar HR role is essential.
  • CIPD Level 5: CIPD level 5 would be advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Microsoft Office 365: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • UK Driving Licence: A UK driving licence is required.
