Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Reed. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generalist HR Functions: Provide guidance and support on employee relations, employee handbook, staff inductions, and onboarding.
  • Recruitment and Retention Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and competencies of our employees.
  • Employment Law: Stay up-to-date with employment law and provide guidance to management on compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in operational and strategic HR roles.
  • Experience working with employer responsibilities and related legislation and agreements in the UK.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to provide data-driven advice to leaders.
  • Self-driven, assertive, and solution-oriented.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work efficiently with others to deliver HR solutions.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
