Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our dedicated and vibrant team on a Full Time 6-month Fixed Term basis. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will oversee daily HR operations within the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the on-site HR Consultant and assist the People Business Partner. Occasional travel to various locations may be necessary based on business requirements.

We offer flexibility in working hours, and both part-time and full-time arrangements will be considered for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Consultant, you will provide support to the organization by offering advice and guidance on HR matters to colleagues and management. Partnering with your People Business Partner, you will contribute to the implementation of the local people strategy and related projects.

You will champion employee wellbeing, coaching and advising managers on all people-related issues in accordance with policies, legislation, and best practices. There will also be opportunities to engage in corporate HR initiatives and projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A valid driving license is essential for this position, along with business-use car insurance. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Consultant role or a similar HR position. Proficiency in recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing skills. Experience in onboarding and orienting new employees. Familiarity with SharePoint or a comparable cloud-based document management system. A solid educational background to ensure effective written and verbal communication skills. CIPD Level 3, 5, or 7 is desirable.
