The Role

We are looking for a People & Talent Advisor to support our teams based in London. The successful candidate will work in our shared service People Team, supporting Business Partnering, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition.

Reporting to the People Operations Lead and working closely with Business Partners, managers and global People Team members on a broad range of work. The successful candidate will demonstrate characteristics crucial to this role including being a role model for excellent service and a confident & articulate communicator with exceptional attention to detail.

What will you be doing?

Provide a confidential and comprehensive advisory service to colleagues across designated business areas, including support, recommendations and solutions. Advice and guidance on policies & procedures including interpretation of these in line with evolving best practice. Work closely with the People Partners to drive employee engagement initiatives to ensure employee experience is positive - generating ideas and managing execution. Partnering with colleagues across the People function to deliver a high quality, proactive and customer focused support service. Manage the full employment lifecycle, being the first point of contact for people-related queries from team members and managers. Act as an escalation point for complex administrative queries, responding to questions from the business within agreed timeframes. Provide support and coaching to the People Coordinators. Assisting the Talent team, including but not limited to supporting with screening calls, managing a role end to end and complex or confidential onboarding. Support the management and delivery of ongoing and new People Initiatives including juggling project work with day to day tasks. Support People Leadership, People Operations, Business Partners and Talent team to ensure the smooth running of the People department & respective business areas. What benefits do we offer?

Excellent attention to detail. A positive and confident member of the People team who understands the wider impact of their contribution on other parts of the business. Ability to communicate at all levels - ensuring productive and positive relationships. Strong organisational and time management skills. Enthusiastic and willing to learn. Ability to demonstrate a professional, con dent and 'can do' attitude. Understands the need for and adheres to maintaining con dentiality. Prior experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous. Experience of HRIS systems, data management and reporting - Workday would be a bonus but is not essential. Collaborative with a proactive, solutions focused mindset. Ability to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment.
