The Peninsula London is seeking an experienced Technology Supervisor to join our Technology Team. This role will be responsible for supervising the LV/AV Operations whilst proving Tier 1 and 2 support through the Technology Officers. Key accountabilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 Technology (IT/ELV/AV) support to colleagues and guests in accordance with ITIL and luxury standards.
  • Support with ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Technology infrastructure.
  • Supervise the Technology Team.
  • Ensure adoption and adherence to Group Technology Security Compliance

General requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within similar positions supporting and providing 1st and 2nd tier technology support in fast-paced ITIL, dynamic and customer-facing environments.
  • Formal networking and server/desktop administration and service management certifications/training (i.e. CCNA, MCSE, ITIL) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency, prioritising and organisational skills. Systematic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in an accessible style to non-technical colleagues.
