Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Kitroom Operations Supervisor to join Christy Media Solutions, a leading broadcast hire equipment facility based in London, on a permanent basis.

As a Kitroom Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day logistics of the vehicle fleet, ensuring that equipment is being sent to clients on time, liaising directly with the Bookings Account Handlers to ensure efficiency of operations and company protocol, as well as assisting the Kit Room Manager in maintaining operations and servicing of Kit Room infrastructure and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Fleet Management: ensuring that all company paperwork is up to date regarding the fleet.
  • Kitroom Technician training and instruction in latest technology.
  • Experience within a Kitroom or Rental House facility.
  • Ability to multi-task and work across a range of different project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of latest technology and equipment.
