About the role

We are looking for a Telephone Retention Executive to join our Retentions team. You will oversee saves/churns on the platform, and work closely with the dedicated Account Manager on their allocated accounts. The Telephone Retention team works hard to grow our existing estate by making sure current restaurant partners stay online, and are successful.

As part of the role, we're also counting on you to have:

  • Strong communication skills, ability to be thick skinned when dealing with partner dissatisfaction
  • Determination and grit to contact and speak to as many partners as possible
  • Relate to the restaurant partners business and understand the fundamentals in order to provide a consultative/sales approach
  • Resolve partner issues by determining the root cause and offering a tailored solution
  • Ensure our partners are satisfied and continue to successfully trade with us
  • Proactively manage allocated tasks to ensure business objectives are met
  • Liaise with other teams across Sales, Operations and Account Management
  • Consistently improving retention rates and KPIs
What will you bring to the table?
  • ​​Previous experience within retention, sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of the marketplace
  • Communicative, with the ability to negotiate and resolve difficult issues
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
  • An independent and proactive way of working, passionate about new challenges and changing environments
