The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a CRM Executive to join our Global Digital Niche & Wellness Hub based in London. In this role, you will be part of an exciting and dynamic team that looks after global CRM for brands like Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur.

What you'll get to do
    • Develop, manage, and execute the email marketing strategy
    • Coordinate with brand, market and digital teams to ensure timely and relevant campaigns that meets our business objectives
    • Analyse email campaign performance and optimise for improved engagement and conversion rates
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our subscriber membership programme
    • Develop strategies to increase member sign-ups, engagement, and retention
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the membership experience
    • Implement and manage new CRM channels including SMS, consumer gifting, and direct mail
    • Develop and execute targeted campaigns across these channels to enhance consumer engagement
    • Monitor and report on the performance of these channels, making data-driven adjustments as needed
    • Utilise data to gain insights into consumer behaviour and preferences
    • Segment consumer data to create personalised and effective marketing campaigns
    • Present findings and recommendations to the wider team to inform strategy
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase consumer engagement and loyalty, especially among our VIPs
    • Optimise and implement automated lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn and increase consumer lifetime value
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within the Luxury, Beauty or Fragrance industries
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, lifecycle campaigns and other CRM channels such as SMS and Direct Mail
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools preferred (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Keen interest in beauty and fragrance category
