London, Greater London, United Kingdom Royal British Legion Full time
Are you ready to join the RBL's Recovery Services Team to support the implementation of our exciting strategy that will deliver class leading Recovery Programmes to over 5,500 beneficiaries annually?

The RBL are committed to a significant expansion of Recovery Services, including an increase in the number and diversity of Recovery Programmes; delivery of Team UK to the Invictus Games; and the introduction of community follow-up programmes.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Recovery Services Team, as our Recovery Support Team Leader.

This position has been introduced to lead and manage our team of Recovery Support Officers, and in doing so, ensure our beneficiaries receive the best possible support.

You will be required to pro-actively identify where support is most needed and ensure Recovery Support Officers are effectively positioned to provide wrap around support and effective signposting to appropriate Recovery Pathways and Services.

You will also be required to support at Recovery events, nationally and internationally where required, which may include extended periods away, weekends and out of hours support.

This will be a highly rewarding role and you will be fully supported in gaining a full understanding of Recovery Service Programmes and the pathways that are available to beneficiaries, both internally to RBL and externally.

Come and be part of the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served to keep us safe and protect our way of life.

The role is based at the RBL's Battle Back Centre, but you will also be supporting programmes which are delivered nationally and internationally.

Here at RBL, we aim to support our people and their wellbeing, with a package including generous paid holiday allowance and pension scheme contributions, and a range of optional benefits and discounts.

For more detailed information about the role, please see our Vacancy Information Pack attached to our direct advert.

RBL is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organisation, reflecting the diversity of the armed forces community and of wider society.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and personal characteristics.

We may close this vacancy early if we believe we have enough strong applications to be able to successfully fill the role(s).

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
