Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team at Recovery Focus. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals and providing support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of mental health professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement individualized recovery plans for service users, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, including service user information and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Provide supervision and support to front-line staff, including coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call arrangements and be available to provide support and guidance to staff and service users as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a team of mental health professionals and providing support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, service users, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, including those related to mental health, safeguarding, and data protection.
