Business Support Officer

We have 2 exciting Business Support Officer roles within our Business Support Services providing essential support within 2 areas. One role is within the Early Help Business Support Team and one role is within the PA Support Team.
The Early Help Business Support Team provide support to practitioners who provide early intervention for children and families across Birmingham.
The PA Support team provide support to our Assistant Directors, ensuring diaries are kept up to date and completing other administrative tasks as requested.
You will be working with colleagues and multi-agency professionals at all levels across the service to contribute to positive outcomes for some of the most vulnerable children and families.
We are looking for candidates who have good customer care and organisational skills, can problem solve, use their own initiative, and has great attention to detail with excellent communication skills. Experience of minute taking is desirable.

We will be looking for the key skills in the job description/personal specification to be demonstrated within your personal statement and within your ability to fulfil the business support officers roles.
We are working in a Hybrid working model which includes working some days within an office setting. All staff are expected to be office based for at least 2 days a week for team/service workdays, team meetings, supervision etc. We operate from 2 locations within the City, one in Aston and one in Stirchley. The successful post holder will be required to attend both sites. There may be more frequent attendance required by the service or team you are based in. This frequency will be determined by your manager.

Hybrid model of remote working
