Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Strategist, your primary duties will include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of various product categories, generating detailed reports on supplier performance.
  • Leading negotiations with a select group of key suppliers across diverse product lines and managing supplier relationships on behalf of the organization.
  • Coordinating supplier content for inclusion in Learning and Development modules, collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve set objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in a high-volume, multi-product business environment
  • Background in direct sales
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Excellent relationship management capabilities
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of the electrical or ventilation sectors
  • Developing commercial acumen
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and report presentation
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in a Windows environment (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
