Our client are two separate companies operating together to provide service and support for those involved in radiography. Together they comprise the professional body and trade union for those practicing in medical imaging and radiotherapy.

They have an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join their team in a broad and interesting HR role. They are looking for a positive and knowledgeable HR professional to support the administration of the people related aspects of their business strategy and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) action plan.

The Role

Working together with the ER & HR Business Partner, this role will support managers and employees in the understanding of employment policies and procedures, administration of recruitment and the onboarding process, and maintaining registrations and communications around employee benefits and training. The role will have the important task of maintaining employee data and producing reports to inform and support HR processes and management information, and additionally, working alongside theirr EDI lead, to support administrative aspects of the DEIB action plan.
