Your new company

Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the operational team and full reception services to visitors.


Your new role
You will provide admin support to the estates team and your duties will include:

Raise Orders
Raise PPM
Issue paperwork
Schedule and plan contractors
Asset and PPM amendments
Issue notifications
Ensure all orders are raised in line with company policy
Communicate with the maintenance team
You will also keep databases up to date and spreadsheets, monitor reception email inbox and process requests.
Liaise with subcontractors
General admin tasks - filing, scanning, answer calls, archiving
Provide admin cover to the wider admin them during busy periods

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a similar admin role and be able to deliver results.
Excellent IT skills - Office 365 ideal but not essential
Able to work flexibly
High standard of customer care skills

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role with an immediate start.
Mon 3 months possible temp to perm
15 Per hour
Parking
Office-based
40 hours a week - Mon - Friday
