Role Overview

The Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will act as a vital link within the Regulatory & Compliance Department. Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Regulatory & Compliance, this position is designed to provide comprehensive regulatory assistance in a dynamic and multifaceted administrative setting. The Coordinator will be responsible for delivering annual training sessions focused on compliance and legal standards to various departments throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Support: Facilitate communication and research related to trade practices, provide guidance on trademark and intellectual property matters, and assist with licensing support.
  • Pricing Management: Conduct pricing actions, including audits and submissions for state price postings.
  • Auditing: Perform internal audits and prepare necessary customs, state, and federal filings.
  • Document Management: Maintain document retention and management processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Training and Development: Deliver annual training sessions to various teams on relevant topics such as labeling requirements and advertising standards.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
  • Preferred experience in brand registration and product registration within the beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Notary Public Commission in California required within 180 days.
