THE ROLEAs the Global Analytics & Reporting Manager within the finance team, you will drive the implementation of advanced analytical tools to optimize cash flow delivery, improve forecasting accuracy, and generate actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions across the global group. This impactful role will directly impact the company's financial performance by identifying opportunities for cash flow optimization and promoting data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities- Lead the cash transformation initiative by deploying group-wide cash and working capital reporting tools, utilizing digital analytics and automation for efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on working capital, operating cash flow, and free cash flow, using tools like Power BI.
- Identify opportunities to improve cash flow delivery, refine forecasting precision, and gain deeper insights into working capital and cash flow performance.
- Evaluate procurement, regional, and supply chain projects to optimize operational cash efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity in reporting systems and analytical tools.
- Analyze net debt, debt profile, cash balances, and interest to guide strategic decisions for debt reduction and cash management.
- Support capital allocation optimization through detailed analysis and deeper insights.
- Assist the cash team in delivering timely year-end and half-year reporting.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Finance experience in a global company
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in finance tools like BPC and Power BI
- Previous exposure to corporate finance, commercial finance, or corporate treasury
- Effective influencing and leadership skills to achieve group cash targets
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Proven people management skills, able to thrive under pressure
- Deep understanding of relevant finance tools and systems
This role is a permanent position focused on developing new working capital reporting and analysis capabilities for the global group. The position offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the modern offices and 2 days remote with a dynamic team.
