About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Global Client Lead on a key client account for Publicis Groupe.

As the Global Client Finance Lead, you will be a senior financial professional responsible for providing comprehensive financial and commercial guidance on our Global Client Accounts. Working hand-in-hand with the Groupe Client Lead, your primary focus will be to drive profitable growth across all business capabilities by implementing strong financial management practices.

You will play a crucial role in representing Publicis Groupe's interests objectively and consistently without favoring any specific brand within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Client Leader to develop an annual client plan aligned with growth targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client's business models and key opportunities in partnership with the GCL.
  • Provide financial oversight of the Global Client account and manage key deliverables internally and externally.
  • Lead negotiations and business reviews with the client alongside the GCL/Client leads.
  • Manage cross-border invoicing, tax implications, and client financial matters efficiently.
  • Identify underperforming areas and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting for the Client account.
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in finance and client management.

  • Minimum of 10 years of business experience.
  • Global experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and negotiating abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in a highly matrixed structure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Past experience in senior financial roles with contract negotiation.
