Finance Business Partnering Senior Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Leader to join our team at Liberty Global in London. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders in making informed decisions that drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business partner to our MDs and VPs, providing strategic finance guidance and support to inform commercial, operational, and strategic decisions.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, optimize long-term capital allocation, and drive process simplification and automation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and other key partners.
- Provide expert financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Strong finance background, with a degree in accounting or a related field, and relevant work experience in a dynamic, multinational finance environment.
- Proven ability to work with professionals of different cultural backgrounds, professions, and levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
