Role Overview

As Director of Finance Business Partnering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our Technology division. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance Business Partnering, you will act as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors and Vice Presidents, providing strategic financial guidance and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Tech MDs/VPs, offering financial expertise and challenging conventional thinking to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives, providing in-depth financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Oversee the entire financial cycle, including budgeting, reforecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the long-term planning process, fostering strong collaboration with our Infosys partnership to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in finance within multinational organizations, demonstrating a strong understanding of global financial operations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration and communication, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
