Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team on a 5-month contract. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and challenge current forecasts, risks, and opportunities to senior executive level.
  • Manage relationships across the finance team and wider company, especially the tech function.
  • Provide scenario analysis and insightful reporting to the finance team and senior members.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, and produce high-quality analytical data and business plans.
  • Support and manage a small team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Understand and improve financial controls, including balance sheet reconciliation, month-end, and year-end processes.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and experience with Finance Business Partnering and Management Accounts.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders, building relationships, presenting, and liaising with non-financial teams.
  • Experience with monthly and statutory financial reporting, understanding of IFRS, and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle system is beneficial.
