Job Description

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Slots Marketing Manager to be responsible for all aspects of promoting Grosvenor Casinos electronic gaming operation across the venues estate to maximise the revenue opportunity and position Grosvenor's electronic gaming as the first choice for customers; driving and leading the marketing for Grosvenor's electronic gaming offer whether that be for slot machines or e-tables.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the primary owner of the marketing plans for each of your assigned venues, driving towards local and national revenue targets and ladder up to the General Managers business plans and areas of focus.

As our Regional Marketing Business Partner, you will:

Own the creative proposition for Grosvenor's electronic gaming to ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all communication channels and assets.Work with the marketing team to maximise the promotion of both slot machine games and e-table games, co-ordinating the marketing across the estate and on social media sites.Develop monthly marketing campaigns to promote new games and ensure latest jackpot values are promote across all social platforms.Ensure that Grosvenor's main Twitter and Facebook pages are fully optimised to maximise the potential benefits.Co-ordinate with suppliers to align campaigns with new game releases.Work with the operational and marketing teams to develop periodic revenue driving campaigns that are commercially viable and drive incremental revenue.Work closely with CRM teams to ensure all communications are relevant to the promotion of game content.Work with the venues operational teams to provide the framework, tools and assets to ensure local messages are communicated to local audiences within a brand framework.Work with PR department to develop a strategy that promotes Grosvenor's electronic gaming content.Continue to support local teams and help guide them with their local gaming promotions, highlighting what's working well and sharing best practice across the estate.Develop relationships with suppliers to coordinate the promotion on new games and new product launches.Support the product team to provide the communications and content plan for both national and local promotional to maximise revenue opportunities.Work collaboratively with the product teams to report back on promotions activity and plans and show how they are delivering an ROI.Work with the wider marketing team on how to optimise the promotion of content to maximise reach and revenue.Accurately forecast budgets and ROI on any promotional costs.Ensure all initiatives are fully compliant with all relevant legislation, industry guidance, internal protocols and are aligned with our social responsibility approach.
