Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Electronic Gaming to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our electronic gaming strategy, including the management of our slot machine and e-table offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive electronic gaming strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Manage the development and implementation of new slot machine and e-table products, including the coordination with external suppliers and internal operations teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the successful implementation of our electronic gaming strategy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication and engagement plans to ensure seamless implementation of new products and services.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional plans that effectively highlight our electronic gaming products.
- Manage key relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our electronic gaming strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing a large estate of slots and e-tables with a high level of technical understanding of the product and customer.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements of gaming products.
- Project management skills with a history of successful delivery.
- Able to translate diverse requirements into a planned delivery schedule.
- Demonstrates determination and purpose to deliver and achieve the best results for the company within target time and cost.
- Able to foster and maintain a high degree of trust and cooperation with existing and new product suppliers and internal customers.
- Be an advocate of, and exhibit, the company's values at all times.
